Important update from LatitudePay regarding LatitudePay & LatitudePay+

We have recently undertaken a review of our BNPL service which has resulted in the decision to cease distributing LatitudePay services. This does not impact other Latitude products.

Here’s what you need to know

  • We will not be accepting new customer sign ups after 28 February 2023
  • Existing customers can continue to make purchases until and including 11 April 2023.
  • Once the customer’s total amount owing has been paid in full, we will close the customer’s account.
  • You will need to stop offering LatitudePay/LatitudePay+ by 11 April 2023 across all touchpoints including all advertising material and at checkout; online and in store.
  • We suggest you remove any advertising as soon as practicable in any event before 11 April 2023.
  • You will be able to process refunds/returns up until and including 14 June 2023 at which point the LatitudePay service will cease. This email stands as formal notice to you under the Merchant Terms & Conditions that the service will end on that date.

Existing customers will still be able to access their account until their plan is paid in full.

General Information

  • Available both in-store and online.
  • The first purchase will take approximately 2 minutes, with second and ongoing purchases taking approximately 30 seconds
  • Once approved you will be required to pay the first instalment of 10% at the time of purchase (this will be direct debited by LatitudePay) and the balance will be deducted in 9 weekly automatic payments.
  • If each instalment is paid on time, it won’t cost a cent more than the purchase price. If a payment is missed there will be a fee, but LatitudePay will send a reminder to help keep you on track.
  • You can also login to LatitudePay to review your shopping history, change the payment day, add a card… even pay the balance off early.

  • There is no interest or fees if payments are made on time. A late payment fee applies if a payment is not successful. Refer
  • Customers must be 18 years or older, be an Australian citizen or Australian permanent resident.
  • A Passport or Drivers Licence will be required to verify a customers identity when they sign up to LatitudePay.
  • A mobile smartphone will be required to set up the payment plan, any internet-connected device can be used to set up an account with LatitudePay.
  • The first instalment (equal to 10% of the purchase price) will be debited at the time of purchase. This will be done by LatitudePay.
  • Purchase limits of between $100 and $1000 apply for all Goldmark stores. This is dependent on the amount credited to the customer by LatitudePay and the customers balance.
  • A Goldmark gift card cannot be purchased using LatitudePay
  • A purchase made using LatitudePay cannot be exchanged for a Goldmark Gift Card.
  • A LatitudePay Refund is carried out by LatitudePay. Any funds that have been paid to LatitudePay will be returned to the customers nominated credit/debit card by LatitudePay.

  1. All Goldmark exchanges and/or refunds remain in accordance with company policy and subject to terms and conditions.
  2. LatitudePay is available in-store and online.
