Returns Policy

At Goldmark, we stand by the quality of our products and your satisfaction is important to us.

If any goods are faulty we will meet our statutory obligations to provide a remedy, however, Goldmark is not required to provide a refund if you change your mind about a particular purchase, so please choose carefully.

If you've made a purchase from our website and need to return the product, we will exchange the item for a Goldmark gift card or an item of equal value if returned within 14 days of purchase. The goods must be in an unworn and new condition.

Please use one of the following return methods:

Return to a Goldmark Store:

  • Ensure the product is in original condition and original packaging.
  • Return the product within 14 days from the date of dispatch. (Please bring your invoice or packing slip as proof of purchase.)
  • Find your local Goldmark store

Return to our Distribution Centre:

  • Ensure the product is in original condition and original packaging.
  • Return the product within 14 days from the date of dispatch.
  • Please provide an explanation for the reason you are returning the product.
  • Return the product(s) to the Goldmark Distribution Centre at the following address:

Upon receiving the product, we will take the required action which includes thorough testing of the goods to ensure that the item has not be altered or tampered with in any way.

Please also note:

  • Goldmark will not refund the original delivery costs relating to the return of non-faulty product(s).
  • Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
