How do I know if my order has been placed?

Once you have completed payment on our website and it has been cleared you will receive an email advising that your order has been successfully received. If an order has been placed and payment has been made but no email has been received please firstly check your junk mail file, if there is still not email then please email customer.service@goldmark.com.au with your contact details.
