Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers are an easy way to give a gift from Goldmark. Gift vouchers are available at all Goldmark stores and online. You can choose any denomination on purchase. And as Goldmark Gift Vouchers last for twelve months, the lucky recipient can either spend it immediately or wait until the perfect piece is available.
Gift vouchers can also be easily purchased online at www.giftvouchers.com.au. A great gift idea for those loved ones who you just don't know what to get or live far away, in just few simple steps.
Gift vouchers can be e-mailed instantly at any time, making it the ideal last minute gift. You simply choose where you think the person receiving it would most like to shop, how much you wish to spend and then order your gift voucher.
Gift cards are valid for twelve months from the date of purchase. The expiry date can be found on the back of the gift card.
Treat your gift card like cash. Lost and stolen gift cards will not be replaced or refunded.
Lay By
Love it? We'll mind it for you! Layby at Goldmark.
Goldmark Jewellers have some of the hottest fashion items around and stock sells out fast. Don�t be disappointed. Pop all of your favourites on lay-by and you'll be wearing them before you know it. 3 month lay-by is available with a 20% deposit. Payments must be made fortnightly.
Mail Order
Goldmark has a mail order service for those who can't make it to one of our stores. Simply call us on 1800 789 900 with all your details and we'll do the rest.
Refund Policy
If you change your mind, (and we know it happens!) we will happily exchange your purchase, on condition that:
- � It is been within 30 days of purchase
- � You present your store receipt as proof of purchase
- � Goods are in original condition.
- � Goldmark is also happy to exchange, repair or refund any faulty items purchased, on the condition that you present your store receipt.
- � We do not refund for change of mind.
