What is the G VIP Club?

gClub is an exciting loyalty program exclusive to all Goldmark stores in Australia. This card will be your exclusive member's only pass to special offers, competitions and more!

Along with members only benefits we want to reward our most loyal customers. Now, every time you buy something from Goldmark you will receive 1 point for every dollar spent *. These points can be redeemed for gift vouchers that can spent in any Goldmark store. The more you shop at Goldmark, the more you will be rewarded!

* gClub Card, must be presented at time of purchase to receive your points.

How do I join the new gClub VIP Program?*

To join the gClub VIP program*, all you need to do is make a purchase of $50 or more at any Goldmark store in Australia. Then take your receipt home, log on and register all your details along with your receipt number and mobile number.

*Currently the gClub VIP program is only available in Australian stores.

How many points do I get with each purchase?

You will earn 1 point for every dollar spent in any participating Goldmark stores (excluding services such as repairs).

What items can I earn points on?

Points can be earned on all Goldmark merchandise including sale items.

How can I find out how many points I have?

Once you have registered your card, you can simply log on to the website with your membership card number and password. Once you've done this you can check your balance. Points can take up to 24 hours to appear on the website. If your points have not shown up, check again the next day or so.

What can I use my points for?

For every 100 points you collect, you can redeem one $10 voucher that can be spent on ever purchase of $50 or more. This voucher has an expiry of 6 months from date of issue.

Which Goldmark stores participate in the gClub program?

All Goldmark stores in Australia.

What happens to my points balance if I make returns/exchanges?

Your gClub card will need to be presented every time you make a purchase at a participating Goldmark store. At the time of refunding, points will be deducted from your voucher points total.

What happens if I lose my gClub Vouchers?

We require you to present your gClub voucher in order to redeem it. Unfortunately, if you lose your gClub voucher, it will not be replaced.

My G Club card is lost, stolen or damaged. How do I get a new one?

If you lose your gClub card, it is stolen, or damaged you can apply for a replacement card through the website. Please contact us with your first and last name, email address (provided on your application form), birthday, mobile number, and if you have it, your gClub card number. We will mail you a replacement card.

How can I update my personal details for my gClub membership?

You can change your details by new member or existing members logging into gClub and clicking on the 'Update my details' menu item.

I have an old Goldmark Gold Card, how does the new G Club Program affect me?

The new gClub VIP card is new and separate program. As a Gold Card holder you will not be affected in any way. Customers can still use their card to receive their Gold Card discount. However, if you lose or misplace your Gold Card we cannot replace it.

I have registered my card online but I still haven't received my registration voucher.

It's my birthday and I haven't received my Goldmark Birthday voucher yet.

If you did not receive your birthday voucher, contact us by sending an email through on the website, please include the details you've register under e.g. mobile and email. Click here to contact us.

I've tried to register on the website and it is saying my mobile number is invalid.

When entering in your mobile number on the website, make sure you don't put any spaces between the numbers. If you do, the website will not register it as a valid mobile number. (Please note we can only accept Australian Mobile numbers).
